Shipping & Returns Policy

At One Six Snail, we strive to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition and fit correctly the first time. Below are the terms governing shipping charges, returns, and damages.


1. Customer-Initiated Returns

For orders delivered within the continental US where the return is based on customer preference (e.g., no longer wanting the product, ordering the wrong item despite a proper description, or any reason not related to a One Six Snail error), the following applies:

    Shipping Responsibility: The customer is responsible for coordinating and paying for return shipping

    Refund Deductions: The cost of the initial shipping charge and a $10 return processing fee per item will be deducted from your final refund2.

    Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging3333.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

Immediate Action: Do not attempt to use, install, modify, or repair the item.

Contact Us: Contact our customer service team immediately. We may request photos or videos of the damage or fitment issue to process your request

Prepaid Labels: If One Six Snail is at fault, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label

Inspection: Once the item is returned and inspected to confirm the defect is not due to customer fault, we will process an exchange or replacement.

Timeframe: Products must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery.

3. Shipping Damages

Carrier Liability: While we assist with claims for damages caused by shipping vendors, One Six Snail is not liable for these damages.

Filing Claims: Unless otherwise agreed, any shipping damage claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier

4. Special Shipping Considerations

Free Shipping Disclaimer: If you return an item that was part of a "Free Shipping" promotion, the originally waived shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Freight & International Shipping: For items requiring freight, LTL, or non-continental US shipping, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer12121212. These charges are based on carrier estimates and may be substantially higher than standard shipping, sometimes exceeding the cost of the product itself.

5. Warranty Claims
